    How do I request a return?

    Can I return any item?

    We can only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective and were purchased from maxcases.com within 30 days of your request. Please note that all returns must be authorized by our customer service team first.

    How will I get my refund?

    Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and will cover up to the original purchase price of the item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Do I have to pay for return shipping?

    You won’t be responsible for return shipping if our receiving team confirms the product is defective. Otherwise, the cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.

    What about free items or gifts?
