What is the process to submit an AGiMAXProtect covered repair?

AGiMAXProtect repairs will be submitted through our online work order system. Each AGiMAXProtect-covered device is tracked by its serial number. Customers can check the warranty eligibility of their devices, print shipping labels, and track the status of the repairs from start to finish.

How many years can AGiMAXProtect be purchased for?

AGiMAXProtect can be purchased for 1, 2, 3, or 4 years.

What repairs are covered by AGiMAXProtect?

AGiMAXProtect covers repairs including, but not limited to, broken screens, home buttons, headphone jacks, charging ports, speakers, camera, batteries, mother boards and palm rests.

If a case is deemed defective, what is the process to receive a new?

Case defects are covered by a manufacturer warranty and will be replaced free of charge.

What is the turnaround time for covered repairs?

Repairs will be completed within 1 - 5 days of arrival at one of four state-of-the-art AGiRepair facilities.

What happens if a covered AGiMAXProtect device is deemed unrepairable?

If a covered AGiMAXProtect device is deemed unrepairable, we will replace the protected device with a comparable device of like kind and quality with comparable features and functionality to the unrepairable device.

In addition to the AGiMAXProtect plan, can I extend my OEM warranty coverage so that all of my devices are fully covered, and all repairs are completed through the same vendor?

Yes. While AGiMAXProtect covers year 1 of the OEM warranty and all accidental damage repairs, you can choose to upgrade to AGiMAXProtect Plus, which will also extend the OEM coverage through the entire term that you choose.
