Can we customize your cases and have our company or school name or logo put on your products?

For most of our products, customization is possible. Please check with our sales representatives to see if it’s possible for the product you are interested in.

Is there a minimum quantity that needs to be ordered for customizing the product with a logo?

Yes. The quantity depends on the product so please contact us for further discussion.

Is there an extra charge for customization on your product?

Yes. Please contact us for further discussion.

What is needed to submit a logo for customization of your products?

For folio iPad cases, we will need a high resolution monochrome image in black and white only preferably in a vector file or PDF.
For selected Chromebook cases, we will need a high resolution logo preferably in a vector file or PDF. Please contact us for further discussion to make sure.

What is the turnaround time on customized cases?

Turnaround time is approximately thirty days from the time we receive your order and logo. High quality cases and craftsmanship take time!

When can I expect my custom order to ship?

In stock products usually ship within 2 business days.
For custom orders, please allow approximately 4 weeks.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking information will be provided on your invoice or you can contact us for your tracking number.

When can I expect my custom order to arrive?

MAXCases usually uses UPS as their standard small pack and freight shipping methods.
Additional rates will be applied if a special request is needed.

How do you normally ship a custom ordered product?
